Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of Human Resource.
Manage payroll and forecast/budget process with the Directors.
Plan, design and implement training and development for the employees.
Manage recruitment plans for the year.
Supervise the relationship with the Admin team.
Look after the companies benefit schemes and adapt according to company strategy.
