Job description:
Our client is seeking a part-time administrator for their independent agency based in Ipswich.

The candidate would report to the Director but would be offering admin support to the Sales/Lettings team which comprises the manager, a negotiator and the Director.

We would like a candidate with the following qualities:

* Strong customer service skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to work independently
* Self-motivated
* Hard-working
* Able to work under pressure
* Excellent IT skills
* Possibly some industry experience although this is not essential

The hourly rate will be between £7.50 to £8.50 depending on experience. Our client operates the government pension scheme (Nest) which the candidate may choose to join. Holidays are 28 days per year to include bank holidays.

We are ideally looking for someone who could work in the mornings from 9.30 am to 1pm Monday to Friday. In addition they would be required to work alternate Saturdays from 9.30am to 12.30pm. (There may be some flexibility on these hours eg 9am to 12.30pm and every third Saturday if alternate is not feasible.)
Salary: 8.5 per hour
