Maintain effective sales administration process

Good understanding of written and spoken English

Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with buyers, solicitors and internal staff by telephone and email

Ability to work at times independently and using own initiative

Intermediate word, excel and outlook skills

Proven experience of working in an admin role

Experience at resolving problems and flexing rules to achieve goals without compromising regulation or legal requirements

Good interpersonal and customer care skills

Experience of updating electronic information in a variety of formats
Salary: 12.49 per hour
