Job Title:
Supply Chain Coordinator

Reports to:
Key Accounts Team Leader / Key Account Operations Manager

1. Purpose of the Job:
To arrange and control export deep sea shipments on behalf of our major client in the chemical sector, whilst delivering the strategic objectives of the group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full shipment process for the plants under his/her control

2. Key Activities:
* Receiving shipments via the Customer ERP system
* Opening and updating SDVPro files
* Arranging export shipments with carriers
* Preparing export Customs clearances and B/L instructions
* Liaising with plants and customers
* Working in both SDVPro and the Customer ERP system
* Completing SDVPro to update LINK tracking system
* Invoicing customer
* Action all customer enquiries, provide proactive shipment communication where updates are required.
* Track shipment to complete On Time delivery requirement
* Supporting documentations team when required, raising certs of origin, preparation and distribution of shipping documents, chasing shipping lines for required information.

3. Key Competencies:
* Qualifications 5 GCSE's
* Professional Experience 5 years industry experience minimum
* Technical Skills Excellent ICT skills to include Microsoft packages

The candidate is required to speak fluent French or Italian
