Job description:
Position: Full Time Administrator

The role is to assist and support the existing contract team with administration, document control, preparing and keeping documents, project directories, liaison and control of the customer and client care, management and monitoring of jobs and claims, data input via a CRM system (Nimbus) filing and other tasks as required supporting the contract teams.

Suitable applicants must be computer literate, NVQ level 2 or equivalent with word and excel skills and confident on the telephone speaking to customer. Any experience of Sage 50 accounts would be an advantage but not essential.

40hrs per week Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 5.00pm

Salary £16000.00 per annum (negotiable)
Salary: 18000 per annum
