Job description:
My client are a housing association with an affiliated company that specialises in heating, insulation and renweable energy. They are looking for a Tenant Liaison Offier for a period of 6-8 weeks to cover the Peterborough area. The role will be predominantly home based, but the successful candidate will be spending time with tenants in their own homes. The main purpose of this role is to develop positive relationships with tenants in order to provide information and support during property refurbishment, maintenance and major works programmes.

Key duties will include:
* Maintain paper and computerised records in line with company procedures, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act
* Managing effective communications to Site, visitors and other offices with the business
* To complete effective and efficient completion of handover paperwork with customers.
* To produce high quality letters, reports and spreadsheets as required.
* Act as first point of contact for local residents and to promote business at a high level within client infrastructure.
* To develop and drive community/neighbourhood issues across the business.
* Identify special needs or circumstances of individual residents and ensure service is tailored accordingly. Inform site team of any special needs for tenants.
* Liaise with residents over rectification of outstanding defects.
* To act on and monitor customer satisfaction trends.
* Oversee and administrate the tenant complaints procedure, including ensuring that complaints are speedily resolved.
* Adhere to Company policy and procedure.
* Assist with any PR/Marketing events when required.

Key attributies required:
* Previous experience within Construction Industry
* The ability to interact sensitively with others; acknowledging feelings /responding to concerns.
* Effective complaints handling skills.
* Strong IT skills, able to produce documents and reports.
* A full driving license

* Willing to learn, initiate and develop efficient working systems within the merchant branch

Salary: 16.50 per hour
