We are currently looking for a JNR Sous Chef for a well known restaurant based on the outskirts of Colchester.
This would suit a confident Chef de partie who is looking to take there skill set to the next level.
Training will be provided from the Head chef / SNR Sous chef.
The restaurant has an excellent reputation for their fine food and service. The restaurant is well regarded for their seasonal and locally sourced produce. They have a highly regarded menu, which is accompanied by a regularly changing specials board.
