Job Description

Hunterskill are a well-established multi discipline Recruitment Business based in the heart of Ipswich.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate must possess the following skills:

1) Experience and proficient with all Microsoft Word Packages, this must include a sound understanding of Excel.

2) Strong Administration experience with an emphasis on producing daily reports.

3) Payrol experience. We are not looking for experience using specific payroll packages, however knowledge and sound experience using recognised payroll software is essential.

4) Excellent communication skills and ability to forge strong interpersonal relationships is essential.

5) Experience of working within a fast-paced orientated environment, stress resistent and be able to to thrive under pressure.

6) Strong reception skills with proven 'meet and greet' experience.

The following skills are advantageous but not essential:

1) An understanding of the Lithuanian langauge, verbal and written.

2) An understanding of the Romanian language, verbal and written.

3) An understanding of the Bulgarian language, verbal and written.

We employ a diverse multi ethnic temporary work force, many of which are Lithuanian, Romanian and Bulgarian; the ability to be able to communicate with them would prove desirable and useful but by no means essential.

The salary for this role is purely dependant on the successful candidates experience. If you have worked within the recruitment industry this would prove highly advantageous to your application.
