Role Overview:
As a Transformation Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of transformative projects, aligning with the strategic goals of the organization.
Stop smoking transformation manager to lead: Transformation of stop smoking service, increasing current provision, including: § Redesign of current service offer to include expansion of current team and develop targeted offer to increase reach § Recruitment of new staff § Development and implementation of operational procedures, including stock management, delivery of NRT/ vapes to customers, ensuring CRM is fit for purpose, referral processes. Programme manage the CYP vaping project which includes several workstreams: § Engagement with CYP and stakeholders § Development and implementation of prevention offer and interventions to support CYP to stop smoking § Organising a Vaping Summit § Working closely with partners such as trading standards, community safety, safeguarding
