Role
Part of a team of Domestic Appliance / White Goods Engineers in the delivery of an excellent Customer experience whilst delivering to agreed business targets around department Performance.
Experience Domestic Appliance Engineer carrying out the following roles – Servicing, Repairs, Maintenance, Inspections and Installations.

Previous extensive experience of dealing with domestic appliances

Good understanding of Quality Control, measures and procedures
Good understanding of electronic communication to include Hand Helds, Tablets, PDA, Mobile Phone, Text, E-mail and electronic forms and documentation
To fully understand supply chain eg Merchants, Van Stock, Parts and ordering processes
Previous customer facing experience
Working knowledge of Electronic communications to include Microsoft packages Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel etc.

Portal / Works Management System: acknowledge that a key aspect of delivery is updating the IT system with job status and outcomes, parts required, completion of documents and provision (paper or electronic) to HQ within the specified contract timeframes – all throughout the working day.
Productivity: a key indicator is daily/weekly productivity. This will be closely monitored and measured and targets will be set with each engineer.
All metal scrap belongs to the company.
Place of work: this may be regionally based or may involve working away from home in which case the company will provide accommodation.
Working Hours
You work an average of 40 hours per week, flexible across the working week.
To acknowledge that seasonal work patterns operate, typically leading to longer hours in Winter months where demand is greatest

Production Operative (Metal Injection Moulding) to be working for renowned specialist in Metal Injection Moulding (MIM), who provide high-quality injection moulded components to the medical, aerospace, automotive and industrial sectors.
The Production Operative role is all about assisting with the Companys production process. In the first instance, this will include:
The mixing and moulding of feedstocks, processing parts, using sizing presses and tapping machines.
Inspecting components using microscopes.
Loading and unloading the processing ovens and furnaces.
In due course, training will be provided to enable competence with the more complex elements of the production process.
Some key skills and attributes required for success in the Production Operative role include having a good eye for detail, the ability to follow operational procedures, problem solving skills, being able to communicate well at all levels within the company, good time-management and organisational skills, together with ability and willingness to follow health and safety protocols. It goes without saying that punctuality and reliability are also key requirements. Additionally, a current forklift truck licence would be an advantage.
This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week over 4 days. Hours are Monday – Friday can be flexible for the right person.

A Workshop Labourer needed for busy timber workshop in Thurston near Bury St Edmunds, assisting in the production of components for our modular buildings. You will be using machinery to help manufacture the components. Full training will be given.
Basic wood machining knowledge is preferred, but not essential as all training will be given, with opportunities for progression.

As a Garden Room Installer you will be an effective member of the installation team and be required to travel to multiple nationwide locations each week assembling, installing and commissioning each building to the highest standards within agreed timescales, resulting in our customers being delighted by our products and services.
Arrive on site in good time with all relevant tools, materials and equipment required to effectively assemble, install and commission the specified garden room
Assemble, install and commission all garden room components accurately and to the highest standards to meet the specifications, with minimal errors and wastage
Produce high quality work in all areas of responsibility within agreed timescales
Evaluate processes and procedures, recommending changes or modifications for improved efficiency
Complete all documentation accurately and within timescales

The key purpose of this role is to deliver wow customer service through the efficient and effective delivery of equipment and water supplies, and the maintenance of coffee and vending machines as required.
